Attorney Laura Anastasia Brown, a solo practitioner, returned to Rockland after working for several years at a large Boston law firm. Raised in the South Shore-Cape Cod area, Attorney Brown wanted to provide legal services to the people who make up her community. She received a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters degree of Law in Taxation (LL.M. ) from Boston University. She received her J.D. from Suffolk School of Law. Laura Brown was raised in the South Shore.  She enjoys playing piano, golfing and gardening in her spare time. 

"One of my favorite cases was when a single mother on social security disability came to me with highly complicated tax, trust and title issues clouding title to her deceased mother's home.  She had really unfortunate circumstances the last couple of years including injuries from a freak accident, her house burned down twice, her mother recently died and she wanted to relocate.  I resolved all the title, trust, and tax issues and enabled her to take her child and move to Florida to begin a new life."
